In this video, we will show you what is involved in the pressing dimension when pressing a hydraulic hose. The pressing dimensions depend on the hydraulic hose used and the hydraulic hose fittings.
In this example we use a 2SC hose, size DN6. The pressing dimension for this hose is 16.8mm, so we use the next smaller size 16 jaw set for the hydraulic hose press and adjust the pressing dimension with the micrometer screw to an additional 0.8mm, so that we get a pressing dimension of 16.8mm.
